Description

The Town of Rye, located on the Sound Shore in Westchester County, New York, is seeking proposals from qualified human resources consultants or firms to review, assess, and update the Town’s Personnel Manual and all associated policies. The goal is to ensure compliance with all current New York State and federal labor laws and regulations, as well as to incorporate the best applicable practices in public sector personnel management. The timeline for this project is expected to begin by September 1, of 2025 and culminate in the adoption of a revised personnel manual and personnel policies at the January 2026 Organizational Town Council Meeting.
