2025-2026 RECREATION BUS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Town of Dover seeks vendors that are interested in providing recreation bus transportation services to the Town of Dover. A Request for Proposal (RFP) packet will be available starting Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at the Town of Dover Town Clerk’s Office, Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday; on the Town of Dover’s website at https://www.doverny.us/bids and on Empire Purchasing Group/Bidnet website at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/town-of-dover.
All proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes labeled “2025-2026 Town of Dover Recreation Bus Transportation Services” to the Town Clerk’s Office at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 when they will be opened and publicly read. No electronic submissions will be accepted.
The Town of Dover reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Dover.
