TOWN OF DOVER REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ELECTRIC SERVICE FOR A 100 kW COMMERCIAL GENERATOR AT DOVER LIBRARY AND AMERICAN LEGION BUILDING, WINGDALE NY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Dover seeks sealed bids for the installation of electric service for a 100 kW (kilowatt) commercial generator at the Dover Library and American Legion building at 1797 Route 22 in Wingdale, NY. Bids will be available during normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday starting Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at the Town of Dover Town Clerk’s Office at 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains NY; by email to the Town Clerk at townclerk@doverny.us, on the Town’s “Bids/RFPs” website at https://www.doverny.us/bids and on Empire Purchasing Group/Bidnet at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the Town of Dover Town Clerk’s Office at Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, New York 12522 no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 when they will be opened and publicly read.
The Town of Dover reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Town of Dover.
