REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR ARCHITECTURAL RENDERINGS AND
BUILDING PLANS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW MUNICIPAL RECREATION CENTER AND SPORTS COMPLEX AT THOMAS BOYCE PARK, WINGDALE, NY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Dover is currently seeking requests for proposal for consultant services to prepare architectural renderings and building plans for a new municipal recreation center and sports complex at Thomas Boyce Park, 6420 Route 55 in Wingdale, NY.
Requests for proposals will be available starting on Monday, February 13, 2023 at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY 12522 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, on Empire State Purchasing Group (Bidnet) at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york or by email request to the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@doverny.us or from the Town of Dover’s website, www.doverny.us under the “Business” tab, then “Bids and RFPs.”
RFPs must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Town of Dover Town Clerk’s Office at Dover Town Hall, 126 East Duncan Hill Rd., Dover Plains, NY 12522 by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 when they will opened and publicly read.
