The work under this Contract comprises the furnishing of all tools, equipment, materials, and
labor for the performance of Contract C269, Water Tank Building and Concrete Repairs,
Carmel Water District 9, located in the Town of Carmel, New York, complete, in place,
tested and ready for use in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Weston &
Sampson, PE, LS, LA, PC.
The PROJECT consists of:
- · Existing wood building demolition
- · Replacement of existing wood building with new construction, hardware, finishes,and appurtenances
- · Concrete and masonry repair
and as more fully described in the Contract Documents (Plans and Specifications) and as
required to complete the PROJECT.
