Bid #2018013A - Thomas Conveyor Parts

The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) and the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with a term contract to procure replacement screws, couplings, shafts, liners and associated parts to fit our existing Thomas Conveyors. These orders would be on an “as-needed” basis as determined by the TOA. The TOA WPCF is looking to enter into a mutually agreed term agreement one (1) year from date of execution by the TOA. This term agreement would allow for not only the immediate procurement but also future procurements within this time frame at the same bid prices
