The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) and the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with proposals from qualified respondents to provide multiple reuse/disposal services for undigested sludge cake from the WPCF to be used at the TOA’s discretion. The successful bidder or bidders will have no claim to materials from the WPCF other than those determined by the TOA to be excess or waste materials.
