2024012 - Senior Center & Youth and Recreation Brochures

The Town of Amherst Senior Center & Youth and Recreation Departments are seeking bids for various printing projects, which include course catalogs and brochures for Summer and Fall 2024, Winter/Spring, Summer and Fall 2025 and Winter/Spring 2026. We are also requesting an hourly rate for design assistance for these catalogs, and digital copy and proof. 30 hours per year is being estimated for calculation purposes, if an hourly rate is provided. Note: some vendors do NOT charge for this and include at n/c. Vendor may be required to assist in some design and lay-out of catalogs & brochures.  The Senior Center is also requesting pricing for a monthly Network Newsletter.  Purchase of the Network Newsletter will be dependent upon cost and the available budget.  Quantities are estimates only and are not guaranteed.  Vendor must specify paperweight where required for the items listed under the Youth and Recreation section.
