The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) and the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with proposals from qualified respondents to perform off-site welding, metal fabrication, repair, and machine shop services as specified herein. Additionally, the TOA will also award a portion of this bid to a vendor to supply reverse engineering of shop drawings and for CAD drawing services. The successful bidder(s) will be awarded based on the lowest cost as determined by the Town of Amherst. All freight and delivery costs shall be included in the bid price as NO ADDITIONAL COST WILL BE CONSIDERED.
