Description

The Arc Rockland is seeking Bids for relocation of a hallway door and the installation of a single stall bathroom at it’s Prime Time For Kids location at 70 Phillips Hill Road New City, New York. The building use is separated into a School age program and an Adult Day Habilitation program. It is required by oversight agencies that no construction be performed in the School age area while School is in session. The relocation of the door, as indicated in the plans, once installed will permit continued work. Additionally, there is a timeframe that School is out of session. The quotation must follow the Architect drawings (attached).
