This project involves gutting one bathroom with bathtub. This bathroom has a double sink vanity that is being replaced with a single carrier mounted sink. New low-rise bathtub. New grab bars. Second bathroom with neo-angle shower work involves just to replace water stop and supply line to toilet checking supply water line for leaks and making any repairs needed. In garage below bathrooms removing all water-stained drywall and re-sheetrock and tape. Project must be completed in as short of time as possible.
