The SUFFOLK REGIONAL OFF-TRACK BETTING (hereinafter referred to as the “SROTB”) hereby requests Proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Printing and Production Services of Various Printed Items and Direct Mail Services.
1. The selected firm will, on an as needed basis, process SROTB’s direct mail programs including, but not limited to, processing of mail lists provided by SROTB, printing of mailers with variable data, folding of tri-fold calendars, and delivering the final mail-ready pieces to the US Postal Service for mailing. Examples of the Scope of Work are set forth in Exhibit A.
2. In addition to the direct mail services, the selected firm will also, on an as needed basis, provide various printing needs for SROTB properties. Such printing needs include, but are not limited to, posters, signage, vinyl banners, envelopes, various NCR 3 part forms, menus, die-cut signs/passes, brochures, business cards, notepads with letterhead. Selected firm shall have the ability to provide printing capabilities that include, but are not limited to, foil printing (metallic, overlays, underlays), soft touch coating, textured laminate overlays (spot and raised for pattern/texture), die-cutting, embossing/ debossing, and customized envelopes/seals.
3. It is also desired that the selected firm have the ability to design and deploy up to five (5) emails per month to a list of 100,000 email addresses, including variable offers.
