Upon arrival, attendees are to enter through the south entrance and proceed to obtain a visitor's badge from security.
After receipt of visitor's badge, attendees are to meet in the lobby.

electronic copy via a USB device. Proposals, together with deposit, Offer of Surety and Statement of
Bidder's Qualifications, shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope or box, marked indicating the procurement
number of the Bid, and addressed and delivered to the DIRECTOR OF PURCHASING, (“DIRECTOR”)
SROTB 425 Oser Avenue, Suite 2, Hauppauge, New York 11788, no later than the day and hour
advertised.
Late bids will be returned unopened.
