SUFFOLK COUNTY NEW YORK NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That sealed proposals for the furnishing of snow removal services at various locations of the Suffolk County Water Authority for the period November 1, 2015 to April 30, 2016, will be received by the Purchasing Director of said Authority at 4040 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, New York 11769, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time on, September 11, 2015, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk through has been scheduled at SCWA 4040 Sunrise Hwy, Oakdale, NY, on September 3, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., accompanied by an Authority representative. Each prospective bidder must attend the meeting and walk through if they intend to bid. Please call 631-563-0322 and arrange to attend. Failure to comply with this requirement will be deemed sufficient cause for rejection of proposal.
