NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Suffolk County Water Authority (“SCWA”) is interested in seeking the names and qualifications of law firms and individuals interested in serving as Insurance Coverage Counsel to represent SCWA’s interests. Selected counsel will be required to work with the SCWA’s General Counsel, Risk Management department, and conform to the SCWA Litigation Management Guidelines.

Deadline for submission – Your proposal must be submitted, not later than October 22, 2025, 11:00 a.m., EST. Bids will only be accepted electronically; prospective bidders must submit their bids via the following website: www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york.
