NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That sealed proposals for Furnishing and Installation of a New Pre-Engineered Metal Building and Disassemble for Transportation and Relocation an Existing Pre-Engineered Metal Building at the Middleville Road Pump Station, Fort Salonga, Town of Huntington, Suffolk County, NY, and, Transport and Re-Assemble the Existing Pre-Engineered Metal Building on a New Foundation at the County Road 111 Well Field and Pump Station, Manorville, Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York will be received by the Purchasing Director of the Suffolk County Water Authority at 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, NY 11739, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on January 11, 2022 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents are available for you to download by login in to the following websites www.scwa.com; or www.BidNetDirect.com/new-york. Questions and answers will also be posted on the public websites noted above.
A Suffolk County Water Authority Engineer will meet the prospective Bidders at 10:00 a.m., January 4, 2022, for a pre-bid meeting. The meeting will be at the Middleville Road Well Field, located on the S/S of Middleville Road, approximately 2300’ W/O Old Bridge Road, street address 60 Middleville Road, Fort Salonga, Town of Huntington, Suffolk County, NY. It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend the meeting.
Details relating to the proposed work are also on file and publicly exhibited at the Office of the Purchasing Department, of the Suffolk County Water Authority, 3525 Sunrise Highway, Great River, New York 11739 where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application.
