SUFFOLK COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY SUFFOLK COUNTY NEW YORK NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Director of the Suffolk County Water Authority at 4040 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, New York, for the Furnishing of Cleaning Services for the SCWA Buildings located at various locations throughout Suffolk County, New York, beginning February 1, 2016 and ending January 31, 2017 with option to extend, no later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on December 10, 2015 , at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walk through of all locations at 9:00 a.m., accompanied by an Authority representative, are scheduled for December 2, 2015 and December 3, 2015. Each prospective bidder must attend the meeting and walk through for each site if they intend to bid. Please call 631-563-0322 and arrange to attend. Failure to comply with this requirement will be deemed sufficient cause for rejection of proposal.

Details relating to the proposed work are also on file and publicly exhibited at the Office of the Purchasing Department, of the Suffolk County Water Authority, 4040 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, New York 11769 where copies of said documents may be obtained upon application.
