NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That sealed proposals for furnish and installation of Team InsertValve 4"to 12" for the period October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016 (With Option To Extend), will be received by the Purchasing Director of said Authority located at 4040 Sunrise Highway, Oakdale, New York, not later than 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on September 14, 2015, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Suffolk County Water Authority requires, pursuant to New York Labor Law Section 816-b, all contractors and subcontractors to have, apprenticeship agreements appropriate for the type and scope of work to be performed under this contract, that are registered with and approved by the New York State Commissioner of Labor pursuant to the requirements of New York Labor Law Article 23. Evidence of such agreements must be submitted with the bid.
