The Village of Suffern is applying for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) in conjunction with the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) for Lead Service Line Inventory. There are two Lead Service Line (LSL) project types. The first is LSL Inventory, which are projects that create an inventory of LSL locations, the second is LSL Replacement, which are projects that physically replace known LSL’s. This RFQ is for Inventory only.

The Professional Engineering Consultant selection will be completed following the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) A/E Procurement Process.
