Summary of Specifications:
St. Lawrence County employs over 800 people working in 26 departments deployed in multiple locations throughout the County interconnected through a LAN/WAN network deployed and maintained by the County IT department. It currently has deployed 61 MFP units of various sizes and configurations per Appendix A. 

St. Lawrence County wishes to engage in a long-term print and document management services partnership with a vendor(s) to further evolve its print management environment and to engage tools to efficiently manage Multi-function printing devices(MFP), including, potentially: to route certain print jobs to specific devices, to incorporate and/or develop elements of “follow me” printing, to utilize fax capabilities on most (if not all) MFP devices and to utilize tools that allow for better integration of the print functions in our network environment.
