Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tenant Accountability Training (TAT) is delivered to recipients of TA with children under 18 in their household. TAT is a condition of eligibility for individuals referred. Individuals who have a previous stay in Temporary Housing, a prior landlord tenant agreement damage claim, or a history of poor housekeeping are referred to TAT. The goal is to assist the recipient in achieving their highest level of self-sufficiency. Proposals should include training on relevant tenant topics, including, budgeting, the value of being a good tenant and neighbor, the costs to the individual, their children and the community of a transient lifestyle, as well as information on Healthy Homes and Lead Hazards. Trainings should be held in facilities easily and regularly accessible by public transportation. MCDSS anticipates up to 1,000 referrals per year. Task 1 Provider will provide scheduling information to MCDSS Temporary Housing Unit staff. It is anticipated that there will be a need for two (2) sessions per week. Deliverable: Sessions will be scheduled at facilities easily accessible by public transportation at times that coincide with route schedules. Task 2 Provider will conduct training on relevant topics related to tenant accountability. Deliverable: Sessions will include information on budgeting, maintaining tenancy, transiency, healthy homes and lead hazards. The selected Respondent will be expected to report on the following monthly measures: 1. Number of sessions held each month. 2. Number of individuals served.
