Item 1: Artwork, Design, Typesetting and Finished Artwork Specifications: Vendor is responsible for Design, Typesetting and Finished Artwork for a 60-page plus cover booklet. All artwork must be ready for camera as a computer file or reflective art following the established design format and type font specifications. Basic price quote to include a maximum of 5% of authors alterations, any necessary scanning and any additional clipart. All text (copy) will be submitted to vendor/printer via email by Department. Icons of all departments will be supplied for application throughout the book. Printer will supply standard in house printer photos that can be used throughout (i.e. pictures of events, people, sports, nature scenes, artwork, etc.) Printer will supply at least three (3) clip art programs to choose material from (i.e. art parts web based clip art, other software programs) Clipart: Vendor shall supply clipart as needed. Item 1A: Cost for creation of each additional 4 pages of text Item 1B: Costs for Authors Alterations (AA’s) above 5% of submitted copy text).
