1. The Owner is the Town of Fallsburg and the work site is located along a portion of the Sullivan O&W Rail Trail in Sullivan County. Access is provided via a one-mile portion of the rail trail near Tunnel Hill Road in South Fallsburg and/or temporary construction easement across an abutting property located on Clarion Acres Road in South Fallsburg. See Map Attached. 2. The project consists of interim grading work associated with a Federal Aid project (PIN RT21.11). All work contemplated under this contract is to be covered by and in conformity with the latest revisions of the NYSDOT Standard Specifications (US Customary), which are current on the date of advertisement for bids, and in effect as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation’s website. The attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements of Section 203 (Excavation and Embankment).
