a. Utilize high quality and evidence-based practices and other practices which are supported by scientific research or generally accepted clinical practice guidelines to maximize individuals' abilities and to minimize symptoms, adverse effects, and impacts of mental illness. b. Provide services that are tailored to meet the individual’s specific needs by implementing key components of evidence-based practices for children and families. c. Maintain the organizational capacity to ensure continuity of care. d. Provide emergency and crisis intervention services on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis, in accordance with regulation. e. Ensure continuous quality improvement of services, including regular monitoring and evaluation of outcomes. f. Have a quality, supervisory, operational and IT / data infrastructure to routinely self-monitor and ensure ongoing quality improvement of services, including analyzing utilization review findings and recommendations. g. Routinely submit data to OMH, including client-identified data, quality and program data. Data submission requirements and guidance will be provided by OMH.
