Specifications include, but are not limited to: INSTALLATION AND SET-UP OF SPE AND DRYVAP SYSTEMS AND RELOCATION AND RE-INSTALLATION OF CURRENT 4790 EXTRACTORS AND DRYVAP SYSTEMS Provide Certified Technicians to deliver, install, set-up, and familiarization on the Solid Phase Extraction and DryVap Systems, relocate, and reinstall the current 4790 extractors and DryVap systems, which shall be equipped with the following items: 6.1 SPE EXTRACTOR MODULE, UTILITY KIT AND STARTER KIT – 6.1.1 Three station extractor module capable of automated extraction of nine samples at once. 6.1.2 The extractor modules must be compatible with SPE Disk Holders that are 47mm in diameter. The extractor modules must accommodate the user’s choice of sample bottle using Cap Adapters and a VOA adapter that is 19/22 Taper. The extractor modules should come with 40 mL Lines with Cap & Wheaton bottles and an exhaust vent hose with Clamp kit. 6.1.3 The extractor modules must be capable of delivering all the necessary solvents to precondition the sorbent material within the SPE disk and, after a preset air-dry time, extracts the sorbed analytes from the disk into a collection vessel using the required amounts of solvents. 6.1.4 The extractor system must be able to rinse the sample bottle to ensure all analytes are delivered to the sorbent disk. 6.1.5 The SPE system must include the ability to physically remove the sample and the Water Inlet Valve assembly from the module. 6.1.6 The SPE system must include auto zeroing of the liquid sensors for optimal detection of all liquids. 6.1.7 Automatic retention of the downloaded method within the extractor is required, which ensures that the same method is used for the next sample. 6.1.8 The extractor must utilize a constant force spring assembly on the SPE disk platform to ensure a smooth and consistent upward and downward movement of the platform. 6.1.9 The SPE system should be able to accommodate up to seven solvents for conditioning, rinsing, washing, and elution. 6.1.10 The SPE system must allow a nitrogen blanket to be used to minimize oxidation. 6.1.11 The SPE system must include a Solvent Vapor vent line, which directs all solvent vapors away from the Collection vessel. 6.1.12 The SPE system must include an Overflow liquid sensor to ensure a sample is never lost.
