Upgrade the current interior space by demolition of the existing interior walls, rooms, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, communication, etc. (an interior gut). Inclusive in the demolition is the asbestos and lead abatement in the existing facility. The scope then includes a redesign & rebuild for a future administrative space for the new recruiting tenant. The old/existing space was a warehouse-type of facility. The new space will be office space with new bathrooms, new ceiling tiles, a new heating, air-conditioning system with a new boilers, new electrical connections, upgraded sewer piping, upgraded flooring and carpeting, a fire protection system, ADA ramps into the facility, and other upgrades as required per Unified Building Codes.
The location of the facility is physically at Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, New York.
