Specifications include, but are not limited to: Food Service: Repair or repoint masonry/brick façade, as needed. Repair or replace all gutters, drains and leaders, as needed. Repair or replace roofing and flashing to prevent leaks, as needed. Repair or replace all windows, doors, frames and sills, as needed. Paint interior of building as needed. Repair or replace interior lighting, as needed. Provide all necessary fixed kitchen equipment. Renovate restrooms and make ADA accessible, as needed. Replace suspended ceiling panels, as needed. Repair or replace HVAC equipment, as needed. Repair or replace grease traps, as needed. Repair or replace RPZ, as needed. Provide new signage, subject to Parks’ approval. Refurbish or replace exterior guardrails, as needed. Connect and upgrade all utilities as needed for food service facility. Install fast/commercial charging stations for solar or electric powered vehicles in the parking lot of each snack bar. General Site: Provide new landscaping, including horticultural improvements at the perimeter, parking area, and exit or entryways, as needed. Stripe and pave parking for facilities and public including accessible spaces as required by prevailing code. Repave the ramps, drive-thru lanes and service areas, and repair potholes as needed; Re-paint the curbs, as needed. Provide exterior energy-efficient flood lighting and site security.
