The following minimum requirements must also be met by each Bidder for the lots they intend to submit a response for: A. Lot 1: Spoken Language Fluency Testing A total of three years of experience in successfully providing language fluency tests that align with Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale for large organizations. B. Lot 2: Spoken Language Public Service Interpreter Training Program A total of three years of experience in successfully providing community (or public service) interpreter skills training in spoken languages for large organizations, preferably in government, in person and virtually. C. Lot 3: Spoken Language Interpretations Skills Testing A total of three years of experience in successfully providing community (or public service) interpreter skills testing for large organizations, preferably in government. D. Lot 4: Public Services Translator Training Program A total of two years of experience in successfully providing community (or public service) translation skills training for large organizations, preferably in government. E. Lot 5: Translation Skills Training A total of two years of experience in successfully providing community (or public service) translation skills testing for large organizations, preferably in government, in person and virtually. F. Lot 6: American Sign Language Fluency Testing A total of three years of experience in successfully providing ASL fluency tests that align with a standardized scale for large organizations. G. Lot 7: American Sign Language Public Service Interpreter Training Program A total of three years of experience in successfully providing community (or public service) interpreter skills training in ASL for large organizations, preferably in government, in person and virtually. H. Lot 8: American Sign Language Interpretations Skills Testing A total of three years of experience in successfully providing community (or public service) interpreter skills testing in ASL for large organizations, preferably in government.
