this project consists of a new public restroom facility at Lasalle's Landing Park. The building will include men's and women's restrooms, a single-user family restroom, and a mechanical room. The facility will feature exterior covered timber pavilion spaces, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Site work includes installation of water, sewer, electrical, and stormwater utilities. The structure will be supported on pile foundations to address existing soil conditions. This project will be performed under Wick’s Law and will require a total of four (4) prime contracts. The General Construction contract will include the architectural, civil, and structural scopes of work. The remaining prime contracts will include Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical.
