Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide full replacement of all Olin Hall roofs, including those of the 1987 addition located on the Campus Road Wing where the existing roof system is different from the rest of the building. 2. Demolition of the existing roofing materials and original roof topping is scheduled and will be replace with a new insulated roof system. 3. Rebuild and repoint deteriorated brick and stone masonry parapets and building corners, including replacement of exiting flashing systems. 4. Deteriorated window lintels will be replaced or repaired. 5. Replace windows at the penthouses to accommodate the adjustment to finish roofing levels because of additional insulation. 6. Alternate work will include the heat recovery portion of the project. Remove existing mechanical ductwork and repair building enclosure, connect and install new ductwork. Frame steel dunnage connected to existing building steel frame and install new energy recovery unit and exhausts fans and associated piping and power. (See Alternates Section 01 23 00).
