1. Furniture Description a. The intended workstation and private office furniture design will be as shown in the furniture plan (to be issued during RFP process). b. Basis of Design sketches will be issued for typical private offices and workstations. c. For the RFP, Gensler will prepare FF&E documents that include furniture location drawings and a design intent package that describes the requirements for pricing, bidding, fabricating, and installing furniture. d. Package will also include furniture for special spaces like pantries, trading areas, ISOC, special IT rooms, and engineering labs. Please confirm that your company can provide furniture/ has experience providing furniture for similar areas 2. Furniture Project Management a. Attend on-site review of project at all stages, as requested by NYPA. b. Provide a timely response to the report of issues and NYPA questions. c. Provide shop drawings for the design team’s review and approval. d. Provide as-built drawings for NYPA upon completion of the project. e. Initiate the necessary steps to return product in a timely manner, if it is damaged or does not meet project specifications. 3. Demonstration of product and product information a. NYPA will be providing a stipend, amount to be determined, for the below mockups. Mockups to be provided for a thirty-day (30) time period. Include installation and removal of mockup, unless otherwise specified. i. Typical workstation cluster, pack of 6 seats. ii. Typical task seating 2 option types per the basis of design. iii. Private office furniture for Typical Interior Office and Typical Executive Office.
