Clean and prep all surfaces to receive paint as per specifications and drawings. All existing corridor doors and frames floor to be painted as noted on both sides. All existing elevator doors and frames to be painted as noted. All ceilings, walls & interior of closet walls to be painted as noted. All exposed piping, conduits & surface mounted raceways on walls & ceilings to be painted to match walls. All existing HVAC diffusers & grilles to be cleaned. Contractor responsible for moving all furniture to the center of the room and protecting it prior to the start of work. Built-in counters, flooring, lighting, etc. To be protected throughout the project. Contractor will be responsible for repositioning generally all furniture once the project is completed. No furniture is to be stacked or to be stored anywhere except inside the room. Existing wardrobes are 8'x2'x7' (WxDxH) and are bolted to the walls. Wardrobes are to remain in place and are to be painted around. Provide protection as required.
