Engineering Building which includes; 1 engineering office/storage room, 1 compressor room, 1 zamboni garage, 4 storage/locker rooms, 2 bathrooms 2.) Main Rink which includes; concession and lobby, 1 ice rink, 1 small office/storage room, 2 bathrooms, 1 storage/skate sharpening room, 4 locker rooms, 1 referee room. Cazenovia Ice Rink “grounds” will be defined as the following: 1.) West lawn between building and parking lot 2.) North lawn between sidewalk and building 3.) East lawn between building and parking lot 4.) Lawn and driveway area between the Main Rink and Engineering Building 5.) Parking lot adjacent main entrance and west of building to Abbott Rd driveway 6.) Sidewalk leading to north and east entrances 2. Lafayette (North Buffalo) Ice Rink 156 Tacoma Avenue Buffalo, New York 14216 Lafayette Ice Rink “building” will be defined as the following: 1.) Main Rink which includes; 1 ice rink, 1 concession and lobby, 1 office, 1 warm room, 4 locker rooms including locker room expansion, 4 storage rooms, 1 compressor room, 1 balcony, 2 zamboni garage, 3 heater rooms Lafayette Ice Rink “grounds” will be defined as the following: 1.) South lawn facing Tacoma 2.) East lawn between building and fence line 3.) Two small lawns bordering the north west corner of building 4.) Parking lot north of building and immediately adjacent main entrance west of building to Tacoma Ave driveway 5.) Sidewalk on the Tacoma side and leading to entrance
