A. Programs will be required to maintain accurate reporting and case records according to Regulation and Program Guidance. B. OMH providers are expected to ensure continuous quality improvement of services, including regular monitoring and evaluation of outcomes. To support these efforts, it is expected that providers have a quality, supervisory, operational and IT / data infrastructure to routinely self-monitor and ensure ongoing quality improvement of services, including analyzing utilization review findings and recommendations. C. It is also expected that providers will routinely submit data to OMH, including clientidentified data, quality and program data. Data submission requirements and guidance will be provided by OMH.
