In general, the work may include, but is not limited to, building exterior components, masonry and/or building façades, doors, windows, skylights, roofing, caulking, waterproofing, masonry repair and repointing, and miscellaneous related work to the buildings. Renewable roofing solutions should be considered for implementation for each Project assignment, budget allowing. This Term Agreement will include but is not limited the survey and/or existing condition analysis of drainage systems, roof top equipment, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural as necessary for a given Project scope assignment. It is expected that all disciplines impacted by the assign scope is to be included within the design as needed to accommodate new equipment and/or systems proposed. Consultant scope would also include any required coordination and/or required documentation with the New York State Department of State for compliance with Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (and the State Energy Conservation Construction Code (Energy Code).
