Under this agreement, the consultant will prepare for the Region a Project Scoping Report (PSR) and a separate Project Scoping Report/Final Design Report (PSR/FDR). The consultant will progress though Scoping and Preliminary Design Phases I-IV to evaluate options to fully replace or perform major rehabilitation of three bridges (BINs 5501209, 1072550, and 5501170) that carry the Cross County Parkway over the Bronx River Parkway in the Cities of Yonkers and Mount Vernon, Westchester County. The recommendations should include evaluating operational improvements and bicycle and pedestrian connectivity to the Metro-North Fleetwood Train Station located directly underneath the three structures which will involve coordination with Metro North Railroad and the Cities of Yonkers and Mount Vernon.
