Specifications include, but are not limited to: BEDC’s online project delivery system includes a Design Quality Management Manual (“DQMM”) and Environmental Health and Safety (“EHS”) Standards. The Consultant and subconsultants’ employees shall comply with the requirements of the DQMM and EHS standards including documents referenced therein. B. For each deliverable required in this Scope of Services, the Consultant shall provide an electronic copy of all documents and versions uploaded to the appropriate folders in BEDC’s ePMIS, unless otherwise directed by DEP, or noted in this Scope of Services. The ePMIS is a web-based software package that automates workflows and manages Project documents and reports. The Consultant shall use BEDC’s ePMIS to document critical Project Management Information. C. Upon request, the Consultant shall provide up to three (3) hard copies of each deliverable. Each deliverable, until approved by DEP, is subject to revisions at no additional cost. D. The Consultant shall submit all plans, reports, and memoranda required in this Scope of Services in draft and final form, including the incorporation of all finalized stakeholder comments. Draft documents shall conform with the requirements outlined in the project delivery system. Acceptance of the final draft is subject to approval by the Accountable Manager (AM) and shall conform with the project delivery system and shall incorporate and address all stakeholder comments to the satisfaction of the AM.
