Specifications include, but are not limited to: There are several principles and components specific to the partnership of the FACT team and CR-SRO program that inform the overall process. These principles and components include: • The development of a 25-unit CR-SRO that will be dedicated to house 25 individuals who also receive services from the FACT team. • The development of a FACT team that will be based out of the CR-SRO and whose staff will be available to coordinate and work with CR-SRO residential staff. • Management of service access for FACT and CR-SRO referrals through the County Local Government Unit (LGU) Single Point of Access (SPOA) and Human Resources Administration (HRA) systems, or through the streamlined process approved by OMH.
