Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town is seeking a detailed analysis of the present construction type(s) and condition of the structure. To accomplish this the Town anticipates the following: • Site visit to review the current conditions. Access to the lower level can only be made via ladder from the first floor; • Conditions analysis must include, but not be limited to: the masonry foundation, roof, structural elements, and utilities; • Description of any notable historic markers or construction methods that would help determine the year of construction and/or year of subsequent alteration(s); and • Methodology and cost estimates associated with stabilizing the structure in its current form. Prioritization and/or proposed chronology and timeframe for repairs should be provided.
