Remove existing kitchen cabinets and flooring. All materials must be removed from the building and placed in a dumpster provided by the Village of Cayuga Heights for the purpose of demolition materials. 2. Purchase and install cabinets, counter tops, sinks and hardware to meet NYS building code. 3. Rewire the kitchen to meet NYS Building Code within the scope of the project to include adequate safe electrical outlets to support commercial refrigeration. 4. Install plumbing to meet NYS Building Code within the scope of the project 5. Replace the existing tile floor with new tile. 6. Take down the wall separating the dining room and living room area and extend the wall in the kitchen to accommodate refrigerators and freezers per provided plan. 7.
