The selected firm will be responsible to provide weekly inspections and prepare and submit all required reports to the New York State DEC for the duration of the project. The Consulting firm shall provide part-time inspection, construction supervision, construction administration, and construction observation services, up to an average of 20 hours per week, dependent on need, and for the duration of the project. -Conduct/attend all pre0construction meetings and bi-weekly progress meetings -Additional meetings may be required at key/critical times during construction. these meetings will be shall be included, if necessary, at no additional cost to the Town. -Preparation and distribution of all meeting agenda minutes. -Review, comments, revise and approve all shop drawings and submittals.
