o assessment and investigation of existing conditions of the Dog Runs; o provision of recommendations for resurfacing and maintenance of the Dog Runs; o provision of recommendations for upgrades to fencing and gates/access, including related structural (anchoring and support) components; o provision of design drawings, renderings, and specifications for the work needed to improve and/or enhance dog features, for activities including waterplay, waste collection, and water spraying; o provision of design drawings, renderings, and specifications for the work needed to provide and/or improve human comfort – such as drinking fountains, benches, illumination & shading devices; o provision of contractor bid support as needed/as requested by BPCA; o provision of construction administration (“CA”) work during the Project’s construction phase; and, o provision of Project closeout support services, including punch list and review/approval of as-built documents.
