The Consultant shall provide single or multi-disciplinary professional, scientific, skilled, regulatory compliance and technical services on an on-call basis to assist BEPA’s Environmental Impact Analysis and Technical Review (EIATR) section in conducting City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) reviews, analyses, technical analysis modifications, technical manual updates, and external stakeholder coordination plans and services; as well as assisting EIATR in conducting Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP)/CEQR reviews to facilitate land acquisition for Green Infrastructure / Bluebelts and other targeted areas among other ULURP-related technical assistance. The services are necessary for DEP to meet regulatory compliance requirements under the State Environmental Quality Review (6 NYCRR 617), CEQR (62 RCNY Chapter 5), and ULURP (§ 197-c of Chapter 8 of the New York City Charter). The Services to be performed are divided into Tasks as hereinafter listed and described: Task 1. Project Management Services; Task 2. ULURP/CEQR Support for Green Infrastructure / Bluebelt Property Acquisition; Task 3. CEQR Review Technical Support; Task 4. Rezoning Environmental Analyses Technical Support
