Scheduling System Integration: The software solution must integrate with NYC Health + Hospitals scheduling systems- Epic (required) and Soarian (highly preferred) and other communication systems via simple configuration. The patient reminders workflow should be easily managed by the scheduling department with minimal IT department involvement. 2. Reporting: The software system must be able to track and report number of appointment reminders, communication type (email, phone, text or other such as a popular third-party mobile communication app), number of successful attempts and failed attempts etc.
