Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Secure pickup of deposits from Battery Parking Garage on a daily basis, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. 2. Transportation of deposits to the Bank of America collection facility in accordance with established security protocols and regulations, including but not limited to the use of armored vehicles and adherence to industry standards for cash handling and transportation, as mandated by New York State regulations. 3. Provision of change orders as requested by LAZ Parking within a designated timeframe. "Prompt and reliable service" is defined as pickups occurring within a one-hour window of the scheduled time and change orders being provided within 48 hours of the request. Change orders can be requested by LAZ Parking either via email or phone. 4. Change orders will be processed promptly upon receipt of the request, with acknowledgment provided to LAZ Parking.
