Description

Wayne County is looking to award a Single Prime Contract to add insulation and a new modified bitumen roofing system over the existing EPDM roofing system that has exceeded the life of its warranty period. Work includes the primary roof surface and also roof recovery at the roofs of an exit stair penthouse and the main entrance canopy. Project scope includes removal and replacement of roof paver walk areas, and also flashing around mechanical and electrical penetrations and curbs as well as several smoke hatches and a railing.
