LEGAL NOTICE
The City of Watertown, NY is seeking SEALED bids from qualified bidders for the purchase, delivery and installation of one (1) Insertion Type Valve into a pressurized 24” ductile iron water main at the treatment plant located at 1707 Huntington St., Watertown, NY, as per City specifications. All bids must be submitted to the City Purchasing Office, Suite 302, City Hall, 245 Washington St., Watertown, NY no later than Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., local time, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and read.
All bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes plainly marked:
“Bid 2020-14 – WTP Insertion Valve”

All bidders are responsible for timely submittal of their bids. No late bids will be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
