Mahopac Central School District (School District) invites proposals (Proposal(s)) from qualified
companies (Company) to be the exclusive provider of snacks of nutritional value and beverages for
resale at the School District’s facilities. All vending machine items MUST comply with the School
District’s Wellness Policy and those snacks and beverages located within a School Building other than
a faculty lounge MUST conform to the All Foods Sold in School criteria also known as “Smart
Snacks”. A copy of the Wellness Policy and the Smart Snack criteria is attached hereto as Appendix A and E, respectively.
