SMHA will receive sealed bids for Vehicle-Truck. Each bid must be marked “Sealed Bid, Truck IFB”. Bids must be delivered via mail or in person at: SMHA, attn.: Steve Tama, 375 Broadway, Schenectady, NY 12305. Bids will be accepted until June 10, 2024 at 2:00 pm, at which time they will be read aloud publicly. The intent of this Invitation for Bids is to award the bid to a responsible and responsive bidder whose bid, conforming to all the material terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bids (IFB), is the lowest price.
