This solicitation is not a Request For Proposals. This solicitation is a request for competitive sealed bids, also known as a Request for Bids (“RFB”) or Invitation for Bids (“IFB”).

If prospective bidders have any questions, requests for clarification, or requests for information based on these bid requirements they must be submitted in writing, via email, to the Purchasing Contact by the Due Date for questions.

The City/School District will address all such requests in a formal written addendum to the bid, which shall become part of the ensuing contract.

In addition, to avoid the possibility being deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award, do not insert any comments on the bid you submit or insert any additional documents other that what is required by the bid requirements.
